email you to confirm that we received your request, and provide an RMA number.
3. We'll email you
updates on the status of your return.
4. Your credit card will be credited or your item replaced
(whichever applies) within 3-5 business days, once your return is received and approved.

qualify for an exchange with a valid receipt and an active subscription and is non-transferable. The
warranty does NOT cover compatibility or functionality problems caused by the actions or technology of

Returns Policy
A GPS tracking device (“Device”) may be returned within 30 days
of receipt, subject to the requirements herein, for full refund of the price of the Device. Returns or
exchanges missing original contents or with damage to the Device or the original box may be refused or may
be subject to a restocking fee, at the discretion of Spytec GPS.
Subject to the exclusions
herein, after 30 days of receipt, Devices that do not materially function in accordance with Spytec GPS
published specifications in effect at the date of sale may be exchanged for a replacement Device. The
replacement Device provided by Spytec GPS shall be at the discretion of Spytec GPS, provided that such
Device shall be a reasonably similar or superior model, which may be new or refurbished.
Subject
to the exclusions herein, within one (1) year from the date of Customer’s purchase, accessories that do
not materially function in accordance with Spytec GPS published specifications in effect at the date of
sale may be exchanged for a replacement accessory. The replacement accessory provided by Spytec GPS shall
be at the discretion of Spytec GPS, provided that such accessory shall be a reasonably similar accessory,
which may be new or refurbished. Accessories shall not otherwise be returnable or
exchangeable.
The return and exchange provisions herein shall not apply to a Device or accessory
that has been subject to a Non-Returnable Activity. “Non-Returnable Activity” shall mean, any item that
has been (a) subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, improper testing, improper
installation, improper storage, improper handling, abnormal physical stress, abnormal environmental
conditions or use contrary to any instructions issued by Spytec; (b) reconstructed, repaired, or altered
by persons or entities other than Spytec or its authorized representative; or (c) used with any
third-party product, hardware or product that has not been previously approved in writing by
Spytec.
Customer shall notify Spytec, in writing, of any alleged claim or defect within 10 days
from the date Customer discovers, or upon reasonable inspection should have discovered, such alleged claim
or defect. Spytec reserves the right to check any product returned as malfunctioning or defective in order
to confirm such malfunction or defect. Spytec shall not be required to accept for return or exchange any
product or Device based upon any defect or malfunction that it is not able to confirm or
replicate.
Any right of Customer to any return or exchange of any Device or accessory shall be
conditioned upon Customer’s complete and accurate written notification to Spytec concerning the basis for
the return or exchange, and Customer’s compliance with all reasonable instructions and procedures given to
Customer by Spytec, as well as compliance with the other terms herein.
All returns require a
valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the front of the package or the shipment may be
refused by our warehouse. Request an RMA by filling out the form at the bottom of this
page.
Other than in connection with defective equipment, Customer shall be responsible for all
shipping costs associated with any return or exchange. Spytec may impose additional restrictions and
limitations with regard to returns or exchanges originating from outside the United States or seeking
expedited shipping.
Customer shall bear all risk of loss or damage while any return is in
transit, and Spytec is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipment.
